It doesn’t mean you have to sit and play golf every day, day after day. There are other parts of your life that affect your golf game – such as your health, diet and mental state. These are all things that can be addressed in your golf training regime.
Part of your golf training may include a healthy diet and eating plan as well as regular fitness and stretching as well as cardiovascular exercise. It’s very important that you have the stamina to maintain the full run of the course. You might choose to make some changes in your diet so that you are healthier person. Your plan might also include giving up poor habits such as smoking. This is something that can help your golf game as well as your overall health and mood.
Another thing that many golfers forget about when planning a golf training program is their mental state. Stress can have a major impact on your game.
